AN EASY WAY TO GET STARTED
This one is easy and a great way to help you try gratitude for yourself, on yourself, to see how it fits. Here’s how it works.
Three times each day for five days name three things or people for whom you’re grateful.
Do it first thing in the morning when you get up, at some time during your busy day, and the last thing at night.
Even better, say them out loud, write them down, and repeat them back to yourself. And as you’re doing it, think about why you’re so grateful.
They can be different things each day, or the same things. And if it’s about people you’re grateful for, tell them directly.
