Most people think they’re kind, but most humans are either not as kind as they think they are, or not as kind as they could be.

We want to change that, and we think the best way is through challenges. Random acts of kindness are great, but planned, mindful, and thoughtful acts are even better.

And why challenges? Because they force you to both think and act on kindness, and in a deliberate and planned way.

Our advice? Either start with the shortest, 3-day challenge and see how it works. Or go straight into creating a kindness group to give yourself some great moral support.

And don’t forget to keep a journal. Write things down – what you did, who you did it for, what their reaction was, and how it made you feel. Simply reading that journal could change your thinking and your brain.
