GET INSPIREDTHE MORE YOU KNOW ABOUT HOW TO LEARN, THE MORE YOU'LL BENEFIT FROM IT. Learn stuff that you find difficult or challenging. Never stop. Learning improves everything and not just your brain. Do it frequently. Pick a topic, study it for 30 minutes every day. Try learning stuff that you've never learned or thought about before. Learn with others. It's great for motivation. Don't give up or get frustrated. Learning takes practice. If you have ADD or reading or attention challenges, do as much as you can as often as you can. Incremental progress is still progress. Switch it up. Try something completely different when your brain is least expecting it. Challenge your memory. Test your memory of what you've learned previously. Think about what you're learning. That's half the battle and most of the benefit. Go easy on yourself. We all learn in different ways. Write about what you've learned. It's a completely different set of skills that can also help your brain grow.BACK TO LEARNING
